【NEW ARRIVAL】HIRADOSHOUZAN | Mikawachi ware
HIRADOSHOUZAN cherishes the pottery techniques inherited from Koryo Nohji 400 years ago, and produces vessels that meet the needs of today.

Mikawachi ware was started by Korean potters brought back by Toyotomi Hideyoshi in the Edo period.
Their designs include children and elephants for happiness and prosperity, arabesque patterns, and Seigaiha (blue ocean waves), which are drawn with meticulous indigo-colored ultra-fine brush strokes.

The white porcelain ware was presented to the shogunate, and was later highly valued by European royalty and aristocracy.

These porcelains can be easily incorporated into modern life and can be used in microwave ovens and dishwashers, making them perfect for entertaining guests and as gifts.
