Minamigura shouten is a brewer with a history of over 100 years of making traditional soybean miso and tamari soy sauce in Aichi Prefecture.
Using only Japanese organic whole round soybeans, natural sea salt, and water, and without the use of wheat, our miso and soy sauce are prepared in wooden vats and aged for three years, resulting in a rich, concentrated flavor.
