Refunds

Please contact info@thebecos.com within 7 days of receiving the order if you would like a refund.

If the product meets the requirements below, we will issue a refund in the form of BECOS store credit.

Requirements for refund:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The product is not personalized or custom-ordered

We will only provide a refund in the currency you paid in if your item is damaged or defective and you do not want a replacement (see below for details). 

Returns

If you would like to return your item due to personal reasons (it doesn't suite your taste, etc.) we ask that you please pay for return shipping. 

If the return is due to damage or a mistake on our part, we will cover the cost of shipping.

Cancellations

If your order has not been packed yet, you can cancel the order for store credit of the full price of your order.

If your order has already been packed, you cannot cancel it.

Instead, you can return your items and receive store credit for the order total.

Unfortunately, your original shipping cost (if applicable) cannot be refunded unless the return was caused by our error.

Personalized, customized, or order-made items cannot be cancelled regardless of whether it's been shipped or not.

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Items not on our website
  • B to B orders
  • Personalized items (e.g. items engraved with your name, etc.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if: 

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • The product is not what you ordered.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.


When you send us an email, please attach a picture so that we can understand the problem. We will contact you shortly afterwards to ask if you would like a refund, exchange, or other solution.


Original Currency Refunds
We can issue a refund in your original currency (not store credit) only if the product is damaged or defective.

If you request a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If your original payment was made with a credit or debit card, it will take up to 30 days. If you use PayPal, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days.
