Characteristic
The ultimate traditional crafs in Osaka
In the hope of people enjoying the quality of Japanese traditional knives on a daily basis, we created our paper knives, using the same traditional manufacturing methods.
Each part of our knives are manufactured by different craftsmen in Osaka: The handles of Osaka tinware and woodworking joints and the blades of traditional Sakai Knives.
Tin Wares are known to have cleansing ability therefore used for many ritual goods, and that particular wood is the most luxurious material and even used for traditional Buddhist altars.
The blades are made with carbon steel so that the entire knife turns out to be very sharp. Our knives are "soft" yet sharp.
