Description

The large crescent moon appears, overlapping the starry sky floating in the pitch-black night sky, and it is beautiful.
"Keibifugetsu" began through an encounter with visual artist and designer Hisakazu Suzuki.
This piece expresses "emotional sentiments" such as prayer, memory, and hope using the waxing and waning moon as its motif, realistically depicting a crescent moon gradually emerging from stardust.
Combining the traditional paper-making techniques of "Handmade Washi Tanino" and the "Karagen" Karakami craftsmanship with Hisakazu Suzuki's beautiful, fantastical designs, a truly exceptional piece has been created.
Enjoy not only the design but also the lustrous quality of the paper and the unique Japanese paper printing technique.
Please treat yourself to this beautiful fan featuring a crescent moon and stardust pattern.
