Description

The sight of a hawk soaring through the cypress forest is soothing.
"Keibifugetsu" began through an encounter with visual artist and designer Hisakazu Suzuki.
I painted the beautiful scene of a cypress forest where hawk fly.
The eagle soaring toward the heavens symbolizes "hope" for the future, with the vitality of the cypress forest as its backdrop.
Combining the traditional paper-making techniques of "Handmade Washi Tanino" and the "Karagen" Karakami craftsmanship with Hisakazu Suzuki's beautiful, fantastical designs, a truly exceptional piece has been created.
Enjoy not only the design but also the lustrous quality of the paper and the unique Japanese paper printing technique.
For those who love scenery like birds and forests. Since it features cypress, a symbol of Japan, it also makes a wonderful gift for international friends.
