Founded in 1949, Hokuyo Glass rose to become Japan's top producer of glass fishing floats by the 1970s. From that heritage of craftsmanship, "Tsugaru Vidro" was born — glassware celebrated for its stunning color palette and exceptional quality, now officially recognized as a traditional craft of Aomori Prefecture.
